INGREDIENTS
4 tart green apples, cored and chopped
1/4 cup diced pecans, toasted
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup sliced seedless grapes
1/4 cup chopped dried cherries
2 cups julienne cabbage1/4 cup chopped dried cherries
2 (8 ounce) container vanilla or cherry yogurt
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, stir together all , except pecans, until well coated. Add pecans just before serving.

Apple salad is a real favorite of mine. This recipe is just different enough to make an old favorite, interesting again!
